Policies

Here at Sew Much More we welcome your own items and we will gladly customize them for you.  We only ask a couple of things:

All items must be brought to us clean.  Obvious yes, but you'd be amazed!  

Sorry no previously worn hats, period.

No heirlooms,  "one of a kind" items, or anything that would break your heart if the machine gremlins got a hold of it.

All items brought in are at your own risk.  Although rare, if the worse should happen i.e. the machine gremlins get nasty and decide that they're hungry for your shirt, we will replace the item with  one of similar quality, and profusely apologize.

 We have the right to refuse any item, this includes anything that we might find offensive to us or any other rational person.
